Pay Package Guide
Your travel therapy pay has two components: Taxable hourly rate (appears on W-2, subject to taxes) and Tax-free stipends (housing, meals, incidentals - not taxed if you maintain a tax home).
Red Flag: Unusually low taxable rate (under $20/hr) with inflated stipends could trigger IRS audit.
Use our Pay Calculator and Contract Analyzer to evaluate offers.
